Before purchasing: check your Windows setup.

Use a Windows PC with Chrome or Edge and permission to change that PC’s proxy settings. A phone or tablet can display the preview, but cannot run the supported connection setup.

Direct proxy: enter the issued address and port in Windows, then enter the temporary username and password in the browser’s proxy sign-in dialog. This method does not require the connection tool. Its proxy credentials are not encrypted in transit; use a network you trust.
Windows connection tool: if your issued method uses the encrypted tunnel, download and extract the complete Windows ZIP, run START.cmd and keep its window open. You must also enter the stated local address and port in Windows. The tool does not change those settings automatically.

The issued method is shown in your private guide. Check that your device permits these steps before paying; contact support first if it is managed by an employer or school. The included Philippine proxy connection lasts one hour after Start. The online practice screens only demonstrate the steps.

Open Settings

Right-click Start and choose Settings, or press Windows + I.

Record your original proxy settings before making changes. Do not overwrite settings managed by your employer or school without their authorization.

The English Windows 11 path is Settings → Network & internet → Proxy. These instructions apply to Wi-Fi or Ethernet; VPN proxy settings are managed separately.
