Information and purposes

When you request a guide email, we collect your email address, requested language and consent time. A subscription end-date reminder also uses the end date you enter. We use these details to verify your email, send the requested reminder, deliver checkout and private guide links, and provide customer support.

For purchases we process order references, payment approval or cancellation status, the amount, timestamps and your acceptance of the applicable service terms. We preserve the order language so payment and service messages stay consistent. The English checkout is processed by Paddle. We do not receive or store your full card number, card security code, ChatGPT password or tax identifier. Information entered into Paddle or OpenAI is handled under their respective privacy policies.

Visit statistics and language preferences

We use a randomly generated first-party browser identifier cookie for up to 90 days to understand visits and service readiness. The server stores a keyed transformation instead of the original cookie value, visit times, allowed page view counts, an approximate connection country and device, browser and operating-system categories. Network country may differ from your actual location or residence, including when a proxy or VPN is used.

Attribution uses allowlisted source, medium, campaign, creative and ad-set identifiers (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term), an external referring domain and only the presence of an fbclid parameter. We do not store the raw IP, full User-Agent, full external referring URL, raw fbclid, private link tokens or email addresses in visit statistics. utm_term is used for ad-set IDs, not search terms. Internal conversion statistics distinguish applications, verification, checkout and approved payments. We do not send email or conversion information to Meta through this system.

Statistics are limited to the most recent 90 days and older statistical records are removed by scheduled cleanup. Counts are estimates by browser and can change when you use another device or clear cookies. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser. Your chosen site language may be stored in a preference cookie; initial language selection can use connection country and browser language. Payment and order language are preserved separately from later browsing choices.

Retention and deletion

Free reminder information is deleted within 30 days after completion or cancellation. Transaction, payment and dispute records are retained separately for the periods required by applicable law. We do not keep using your application email for unrelated advertising after the requested purpose ends.

Service providers and security

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. English payments use Paddle. Service email is sent through the seller’s Gmail SMTP service, using a dedicated Google Firebase relay and a Vercel mail server. The recipient email and message content are processed for delivery. Application emails and dedicated connection information are encrypted in storage; the mail relay keeps encrypted event records to prevent duplicate sends.

Only the seller’s authorized administrator can view application, order, delivery, connection availability and internal statistics. Administrator screens do not display private-link authentication tokens or customer connection passwords. Do not share your guide links or connection details.

Your choices and requests

Use the cancellation link in a reminder email to stop that reminder. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion of transaction records. Do not include passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in your request.
